Absolutely love HEB there's nothing you can't find here (food wise). It is very much an S-tier grocery store Not a Wal-Mart by that I mean you're not going to find clothes and electronics and a bunch of other stuff you have to sift through to get to the groceries. They have prime cuts of meat, fresh seafood, a large variety of ready to heat meals made fresh daily as well your typical groceries and some personal care items ( soaps, makeup, pet stuff). Their produce selection is by far the best I've seen from ripeness to options! HEB is a Texas staple and a place you must stop by if you're here 😉

Bought spare ribs yesterday from HEB and went to start cooking this morning and the meat was bad. Took it back to the store and they were helpful in getting another package and on our way quickly. This was very much appreciated. Thank you so much

This heb is great! I love the layout and the garden section. My boyfriend and I were shopping here just earlier and while we were looking for some silverware, an employee, Navy, overheard us discussing where it would be and went out of her way to help us. She was extremely sweet and helpful and she made our day!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars for H-E-B — 0 Stars for Family Customer Service We have heard people absolutely RAVE about H-E-B. Sadly, we wouldn’t know. Apparently, the only way to experience H-E-B is to have a father/grandfather who actually remembers you exist. For example, Craig Poling somehow manages to mail gifts to his son’s EX-wife and biological grandchild, but his actual son and step-grandsons? Apparently they’re outside the H-E-B delivery radius. 😂 Graduations for his daughter-in-law’s kids? ❌ Nope. Birthdays for his daughter-in-law’s kids? ❌ Nope. An amazing H-E-B ham for a birthday? ❌ Nope. But sneaking into Florida for the second time, not contacting his own son, going about 10 minutes down the road, picking up ONE of his three grandsons while taking his WIVES two biological grandchildren from Texas? ✔️ Apparently THAT made the shopping list. My kids? Backordered. And somehow we’re supposed to believe this has nothing to do with favoritism. Sure. 😂 The irony gets even better: I’ve been 15 years sober from heroin and crack, but apparently because I use cannabis, Craig decided I’m “not sober.” Meanwhile, apparently drinking and THC mints are perfectly accepta

When I went a couple days ago, there were no staffers on the floor throughout the whole store. I went looking for a staff member to help me look for an item for over 15 minutes and couldn't spot a single employee. This is highly unusual for a grocery store of this size, and I eventually had to go to the front of the store and get help from an employee working at the checkout area.
